A Crowded Place
Describe a time you went to a crowded place.
The place I would like to describe is the public buses in China.
Actually anywhere in china is crowded, but the public transport system during
the peak time is the area that, I suppose, is the most heavily congested place
You should say:
when you went there
when you went there
I had to take those buses every day during my internship when I was
about to graduate from universities.
what the place was
what you did there
there was not many things I could do before I alighted from the bus due
to the limited space.the only
thing I could do was listening to MP3 or browsing websites using my cell phone.
and explain why you
went there/ how you felt about the crowded place.
incredibly uncomfortable
I’m afraid you western people could hardly imagine what the scene may
be. It was much more cramped than the
trains in Sydney during rush hours. I was surrounded by
so many people that I felt
I was stifling in an airless room and I even needed to elbow my way in order to
alight from the bus in time.
winter is fine, because at least it would be less colder than the
outside，but I could not bear the heat when I it was summer.
Consequently, I reckon that it would be better if government would
allocate more funds for public transport system or ban eating hot food in these
areas, just like HK.
