great way to cool myself in the summer，beneficial to my health
1effective way to cool off, hot summer，just like 40 centi degree temperature in Sydney a few month ago，during that time sweatED even I sit still，even the air I breathED WERE hot. I wish I would have stopped breathing if I could，while the chilly sea will definitely cool me down，extricating me from the upset caused by the heat，much healthier than other means, eg. numerous researchers have shown that long-time exposure to air-conditioner is detrimental to our health.
