IELTS WRITING TASK 2-cement making process

The pictures shed lights on the phases and machineries utilised in the process of producing cement, and how it is used to manifect concrete in order to build stuff.

At the rudiment stage of cement production, limestone and clay are mixed at the time when they go through a crusher, an equipment that could grind them into powder, after which the powder were, more competely, mingled by a mixer. Floating through a pipe, these mixed powder come into a rotating heater which force them to rotate with blaze heating inside the rotater, out of which the heated powder are poured onto a transforming track, where there is a grinder at the end of it. Eventually, coming through the grinder, the cememt is produced, which individuals can pack into bags or use for futher production.

With regard to futher production, such as concret for instance, the cement is also an indispensable sources, with an integration of water, which accounts for 10%, sand, occupying 25%, gravel (namely small stones), with the most preponderant proportion of 50%, and 15% of itself, all of which are puored, at the same time, into a clock-wise rotating container called concrete mixer.
