lifestyle change you made to improve your health.

what change you made getting up extremely earlier than before, by saying extremely you might thought it would be 5 in the morning, but actually it was just half past 8, because I used to be fully awake no earlier than around 11 o’clock. So even it’s just 8 in the morning, that’s a huge step to me.

I put the alarm clock far away from where I could
reach before I go to bed, so the next morning I could only switch it off after
I climb out of my bed, and the chilly weather would dispel any sleepy feelings.

I’m afraid to anyone who prefers to lie in bed; it is
fraught with enormous difficulty, especially in a frosty winter morning.

And
apart from this, according to alternative therapy, it was not a healthy lifestyle and I find it downright
uncomfortable too. I used to feel dizzy have drooping
eyelids. However, when I settle into this new
routine, all of those negative feelings are gone. And I also have the time to have a modest
breakfast every day, instead of skipping it, like I used to do, so as a result
I've basically become much healthier.
I have reaped
substantial benefit from this change
Besides,
it's allowed me much more time for daily routines. For example, I can use the
additional 3 hours to take a bit of exercise every day, or spent this time in
the library, so now I've become much more productive than I used to be.
