A Important Plant

Describe an important plant in your country (such as vegetables, flowers, fruits, trees, etc.).

I haven’t acquired a broad knowledge of plants so far, and I suppose China is one of the countries with the most abundant plant life in the world. So I am not sure whether the plant I am going to talk about is widely accepted as important or not.
You should say:
    what the plant is: sakura, a tiny little white flowers producing on the tree
    how you know it: I first learnt its name from my parents, and subsequently knew it was the national flower of JAP
    why it is important

I reckon that all plants take on a certain degree of importance in the sense that they are responsible for producing oxygen, without which human and animals cannot survive. and sakura also acquired a particular significance in the city where I live in china,

and explain how do you like the plant.

I am fond of this flower mainly because of its appearance and its symbolic meanings

Its white flower leaves me with a neat impression, and it is also a picturesque scene when the petals drift in a breeze, after which the alleys become a carpet of white flowers. Especially in April, when the central park in the city I lived often holds an annual flower show,mwhich attracts a sheer number of people. This not only provides an excellent opportunity for extricating people from their daily routine but also offers an ideal place for families to reunite
