Tips/experience in auditing_EY/PwC/DTT/KPMG_1

What on earth does he be fear of? Fear of interacting with clients? Poor technical skills? Stay up late? Sorting data from clients' rubbish?
As friend, let's see how to deal with the situation....
1 For clients, aren't they are just acquaintance made due to work? Why their attitudes affect you? Or even bring you down? Totally not worth it. You just listen to their yelling, pick the information you need, and always smile to them, waiting until they stop talking, or saying "excuse me". Try to find an appropriate object that you regard them as when you meet them. Treat them as the way you want to be treated if you were the customer receiving a service. Let them finish their words, apologise, etc. be genuine.
When ask information, don't be afraid of bothering people. When ask ARP, think reasonability at the spot, don't bother them repeatedly. Does what he says explains the up/down? What's the deeper reason?

2 Poor ability to seek data from what clients provided. Must define this clearly. JE, TB, think in a way that how an accountant thinks. What an accountant does is entering JE, isn't it? Think in this way, if I just copy paste, then it eventually turns out to be what I could do is w/p, which might not be helpful to develop a bigger picture.
Try to be more efficient, take a note when you feel that you are stuck somewhere, and resolve it timely.
