People are evil. Everyone is an actor, but acting for what?  For a good impression? For protecting themselves? All for the interests that they deemed is important to themselves. There is no good or bad since people cannot judge people. And every evil could be justified by the one who convicted it.
So, so, so should he change? Even a little bit? I don't know...he has been an actor already. What he shows to other people is not the real "he" at least to my way of thinking.
At least he may not become A. Maybe he would become B? But B is also obvious that he is not real. Or is there anything real between grown-ups?
The question seems to be, to be "good" or to be what you think is good. Or more come down to earth... To be more "good" or more self-centred.
So, if happiness is the destination, there might be various ways leading to it. Does the choice of ways matter? Especially when the "good" way leading to happiness is more often than not painful?
I puzzled.
